I had a problem with my spa, no support from the manufacturer. Called Geos and they promptly returned call, scheduled appointment, serviced spa and ordered necessary parts. Total communication every step of the way, explained issues, were courteous and transparent on charges. A very efficient process and responsive, great to work with.

Geos recently installed Solar Heat on my pool. They are all really great to work with and really friendly. They came out, gave an estimate quickly and when finally giving it the go, they had it installed exactly when they said they would. The job was clean, professional and perfectly done.

Just this last week we turned on the heat and started to enjoy the pool already (Mid-April!). Not only would I reccommend Geos but also the Solar system they installed ;)

Also - After the installation they have been really willing to answer my (sometimes silly) questions. For sure you feel like they'll be there to help!

Service unlike anything I have experienced in Sonoma. We opted to try and salvage spa, new controls, skids, etc. and avoid landfill.
Works wonderfully, within estimates and a pragmatic solution thanks to John’s persistence, calls to manufacturers, and constant communications. An environmentally and satisfactory solution, not without risks, but clearly articulated. Thanks.

This is a family-owned local business that get's it right. When you call them, not only do they show up promptly and do the work needed professionally, they also call to tell you when they're coming. They actually understand how important good communication is to customer service. Cheerful! Competent! Reliable! I wouldn't dream of letting anyone else service my pool or hot tub.
